What is the primary purpose of this website?
When I was in residency (1995-98), there was nothing like this available. I used to walk around with my books when on call at night. I lost one volume of my "Harrisson's". On many occasions, I wished there were something focused - available on the internet. There was not - So after I completed residency, I went about building Superscore. Many users tell me that it has met its purpose.

Is this site appropriate for the USMLE?
Not for the Step 1 USMLE. As concerns Steps 2 & 3, Internal Medicine forms the bulk of the questions in them and the site is almost perfect for them.

Can I get a refund of my membership?
Nobody has yet asked for a refund in over 2 years of our launch. Due to the nature of the website, we do not offer any refunds. Also the processing of the transaction in order to automate the process comes at a cost. Thus there are no refunds.

Is this site appropriate for the recertification exam?
For the ABIM recertification or any other internal medicine exam that is objective in nature - the site will be an excellent accompaniment.

Can I contribute to the website?
We have very objective criteria to accept authors. If you fulfill them, you must be so good that we will be honored to have you contribute. To become an author, please write directly to our editor

I bought a quarterly membership. If I eventually decide to buy the annual membership, do I just have to pay the difference?
No. Unfortunately our system does not allow for that automation. To do it manually is not cost-effective for us. This means that you should try to decide at the outset. Most of our members are annual subscribers.
