C: Calcinosis : Soft tissue calcification as seen in the x-ray of this patients leg

R: Raynaud's phenomenon: Cold induced pallor Cyanosis Redness (with pain): Treat with Nifedipine

E: Esophageal dysmotility: Lax LES and reflux disease

S: Sclerodactily: Fingertips become pointed

T: Telangiectasia: Especially on face

This syndrome usually remains localized and the patient's prognosis is better than those with PSS (progressive systemic sclerosis)
