Mrs. C is a 30year old African American female seen in the clinic with a history of chronic cough on and off. She has Review of systems (ROS) positive for fatigue, vague muscle aches and occasional reports of vision problems. She is a smoker. No substance abuse. Her PE (Physical examination) is unremarkable (except for positive jaw jerk ) and Mental Nerve palsy

 The next step in her management would be to:

1) Ask questions for depression symptoms

2) Ask questions for somatisation disorder.

3) Do a Chest X-Rray and labs

4) Get a history of drug abuse

5) Get a CT scan of the chest
