Mr. F is a 26 year old male who reports that for the past 5 years, he has been preoccupied by his nose that's too large. He is embarrassed about the fact that he seems to be thinking about it so . he spends long hours in front of the mirror checking his nose. He reports tearfully that he has to blow his nose exactly the same amount of mucous from each nostrils. He puts drops in his nose to ensure that his nose has bled on several occasions . He is a fairly good-looking man with an average nose . Mr. F is upset about his constant preoccupation and has been unable to look for the last 2 weeks of increase depression. The diagnoses is
