Dystrophic nails and onycholysis

his is the typical scenario in psoriasis and one can see pitting on the nails, nail dystrophy and onycholysis. The same scenario may be seen in fungal infection of the fingernail. (Fungal infection is treated using Terbinafine for a few weeks)- treatment is expensive.
