Remember Addison's disease (low sodium, low glucose, low blood pressure, mild acidosis and mild elevation in BUN), hypoaldosteronism (low sodium,mild acidosis), Blood sitting around for a long time before being tested (low glucose and sodium), Pentamidine, Thrombocytosis (look at the platelet count or may see signs and symptoms of hyperviscosity) & also see Drugs causing hyperkalemia and the mechanisms &  Acute hyperkalemia.
