Left Loer lobe pneumonia. Note the cardiac silhouette and the diaphragm under it cannot be distinguished from each other. And the left heart border is straightened.

Straightening of left heart border = Left atrial enlargement + prominent pulmonary vasculature

Could be Mitral stenosis/regurg or ASD.

Boot shaped heart. The typical picture in Fallot's tetralogy.
Bottle shaped heart. Pericardial effusion should top the list of diagnoses.
Left Pleural Effusion. It is NOT due to heart failure. Think pancreatitis.

Heart failure is typically Right pleural effusion.

Bilateral Hilar Lymphadenopathy. It is sarcoidosis unless proven otherwise.
