Welcome

This - with the left margin having the topics - is the best place to review the website.
To your left (on the other half of the frame) are topics for review. As you click on each topic, the explanations appear in this half of the frame.
You can adjust the width of the frames. Scroll down and browse through the topics of the list. Click on each topic as you scroll down.  At the bottom are topics arranged in an order in which the USMLE arranges its syllabus. Although the topics in the bottom half are still under construction, there are numerous pages among them that have been completed. Be sure to go through them too.

They are updated and added on regularly.

Wish you all the best for the boards.

Please note that we are not related to the USMLE or ECFMG

We originally developed this site on the guidelines set forth by tests offered by the American College of Physicians - with their permission. We now try to remain on top of the latest developments in the field and stay informed about the expectations in the tests. We are not interested in the specific question at all (In fact you will not find any over here).

Our authors are ALL scorers above 90th percentile. Many with 99th percentile scores. We require that our material be original and cover important facts (from MCQ standpoint) of common topics.

What we do ask for are concepts. For instance "recognize and manage different types of incontinence" or " "Guidelines for management of CAP (community acquired pneumonia" etc). You may meet one of our representatives outside the Step 2 CS center in Philadelphia. Hope that you will also help out in the development of this website without taking offense.
